Though small by some standards, it is perfectly suited to the hotel, quiet, and an excellent place to recharge. The rooms in the new building are very tasteful and one of the larger suites includes its own spa, complete with sauna! The spa area is an oasis of relaxation. The concierge gave us a tour of the property, as we had missed the 10am tour with the owner.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We stayed in one of the older but nicely appointed suites in the hotel proper, with a corner view of the Zwischenahner See (lake). Located in the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn near Oldenburg, we found the pampered relaxation we were seeking! In fact, since our stay was so short, we were unable to take advantage of the many offerings, which means we will definitely take advantage of one of their well-priced package deals in the near future. Romantik Hotels set a high standard for their hoteliers, and the Jagdhaus Eiden am See did not disappoint! My husband and I were looking for a quick overnight getaway.
